This award significantly enhances RSDCGROUPs support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as a small business prime contractor.

Washington, DC. – August 14, 2012 – RSDCGROUP LLC, has been awarded a contract by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide Program and Mission Support Services (PAMSS) support to the National Continuity Programs(NCP).

RSDCGROUP is a small business prime on this contract with a maximum ceiling of $68 million.  RSDC is one of four companies awarded a five-year, multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The maximum ceiling on Task Orders to be issued, across all four contracts, during the life of the NCP PAMSS program is $97 million.  The primary goal of the PAMSS contract is to support the overall mission of the NCP organization. The RSDC Team will provide the Government with solutions which will support many of the NCP programs, such as Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS).  NCP’s mission is to serve the public by protecting the Nation's constitutional form of government, and the NCP vision is to become the Nation's center of excellence for government continuity planning, guidance, training and operations.

Even where public services are neither publicly provided nor publicly financed, for social and political reasons they are usually subject to regulation going beyond that applying to most economic sectors. Public service is also a course that can be studied at a college and/or university. Thanks.
